Last Sunday the Chic Mammas took part in the CIBC Run for the Cure and we had a blast! It was the first year that the run took place in Woodbridge/Vaughan at the Kortright Centre and we were absolutely thrilled to be a part of this history in the making. Our team raised $4,789.00 and I couldn’t be more proud of them for it. All the money raised is going to a fantastic cause and my dream which is one shared by many is that as a result we will be able to have a future free of breast cancer.
So thank you to all the Chic Mamma team members who raised money and took part and of course those who made donations. It’s because of all of you that we were able to raise as much as we did :).
I also wanted to congratulate a few members of our team…
First goes to Julie Gismondi who was our top Chic Mamma fundraiser with donations totalling $1,150.00. As our top fundraiser I am excited to let you know that you have won a beautiful sterling silver fingerprint heart pendant/necklace like the one below (valued at $141.25) from our good friends at Wee Piggies and Paws Vaughan.
I would also like to congratulate two other Chic Mammas, Helen Pantaleo who won a rescue me-LUX! pedi (valued at $100) from our good friends at LUX SPA and Angela Graci who won the Brazil Butt Lift workout (value $60) from Beachbody Coach Heather Archer D’Andrea both through our random team draws.
